$1,003 one time fee per video and per channel

for the duration of your event.

 RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Channel 49 or Channel 50

  • DVD or .MP4 file required.

  • Content must be approved by the main meeting planner AND the hotel prior to delivery.

  • Exhibitors cannot rent this space without the consent of Show Management.

  • Video will play in all of our guest rooms, we cannot target only rooms occupied by a specific group.

  • The hotel reserves the right to approve any and all content prior to distribution.
