Throughout the hotel there are two 75” horizontal displays and three 42” vertical displays posting all of the events taking place in the hotel on a particular day. Logos purchased for individual meeting rooms are automatically included on these reader board displays.

Rules & Regulations

• Content must be limited to .jpg or .png files.

• Preferred file size:

  • 1100 px X 534 px

  • 96 dpi

• Audio and/or video files are not compatible.

• Logos will only appear on room displays that are occupied by your group.

• The hotel reserves the right to approve or deny any and all content.
