Our associates at the Belldesk are ready, willing and eager to help with all of your Room Drop needs. Room drops cost $5/room and can be arranged directly through your hotel representative.

Rules & Regulations

  • Room Drops must be approved by the main meeting planner AND the hotel prior to delivery.

  • Exhibitors cannot order Room Drops without the consent of Show Management.

  • There is not enough space between the bottom of the door and the floor to allow for papers to be slid under the door.

  • Complex Room Drops may incur a surcharge based on the complexity of the order.

  • Personalized gifts may incur a surcharge based on volume of rooms.

  • No food or beverages may be included in any Room Drop.
