Our associates at the Belldesk are ready, willing and eager to help with all of your Room Drop needs. Room drops cost $5/room and can be arranged directly through your hotel representative.
Rules & Regulations
Room Drops must be approved by the main meeting planner AND the hotel prior to delivery.
Exhibitors cannot order Room Drops without the consent of Show Management.
There is not enough space between the bottom of the door and the floor to allow for papers to be slid under the door.
Complex Room Drops may incur a surcharge based on the complexity of the order.
Personalized gifts may incur a surcharge based on volume of rooms.
No food or beverages may be included in any Room Drop.
